Roberta Oliveira

Roberta Oliveira is a doctoral student at the Energy Planning Program at COPPE/UFRJ. She holds a degree and a master's degree in Business Management from the Institute of Human and Social Sciences of UFRRJ. On her master's thesis she analyzed the credit policies of fuel distributors in the city of Rio de Janeiro from the perspective of resellers. Her main research interest is the impact of energy transition on poor and extremely poor populations. Her work focuses are on public transport financing models, urban mobility and affordability. Roberta works as coordinator of the Quality Management Group at COPPE/UFRJ, Lead Auditor and professor of MBA course in Maintenance Engineering at Polytechnic School of UFRJ.
