Gabriela Silva

Gabriela is a doctoral student at the Energy Planning Program (COPPE/UFRJ) and researcher at Cenergia/COPPE/UFRJ . She holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from UFF (Universidade Federal Fluminense) and a master's degree in Energy Planning from COPPE/UFRJ. Her M. Sc. dissertation theme addressed the production of renewable hydrogen to reduce CO2 emissions from oil refineries and her main studies are related to: hydrogen, renewable energy, energy transition and GHG mitigation projects. She has also worked in the Chemical Industry, at Braskem and at Infineum (Shell-Exxon joint venture).
